Lux Points Life is centered around its’ or Enzo Ventures LLC’s travel experience and attempts to showcase or highlight key destinations and traveling tips while also highlighting the best hotels, airlines and lounges for users. (Referred to as the “Site Offerings”). The website also focuses on selling its Lux Points Academy & Lux Points Alerts in which people obtain access to an online travel course system as well as email flight alerts to help them book award travel. By using the Site and/or the Site Offerings, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If the User does not agree with all of these Terms of Use, they are prohibited from using the Site and/or the Site Offerings and must immediately discontinue use. Any additional terms and conditions or documents posted on the Site from time to time are incorporated into these Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason, by using this site the user agrees to these terms & any future terms & conditions as changes occur. The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would violate laws or regulations, or subject the Company to any registration requirements in such jurisdiction or country. • Your Contributions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules.
• Your Contributions do not violate any third party’s privacy or publicity rights.
• Your Contributions do not violate any laws related to child pornography or any laws aimed at protecting the health or well-being of minors.
• Your Contributions do not include offensive comments based on race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
• Your Contributions do not violate any provisions of these Terms of Use, or any applicable laws or regulations.

Any violation of these requirements may result in the termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site and the Site Offerings.

8. Lux Points Life / Academic / Alerts Specific Rules

• Can be removed at anytime for any reason from our program for the misuse of the program
• You are not allowed at anytime to share your login with anyone else
• You are not allowed to redistribute, copy or put online any of our lux points academy or alerts information in any shape or form or give anyone else access to this information such as trying to resell the information or posting it to online forums, chat centers or anywhere. If you do, you will be sued for damages. No screenshots of any material are allowed at any time to be shared or posted anywhere.
• You are not allowed to reuse our alerts or repost to your site, blog, anywhere or use any of our Lux Points Alert ideas at any time. Doing so is a clear violation of our terms & conditions & legal action may be taken.
• You may also be sued for damages for any misuse of our website or any information on any one of our related channels
• We will not be held liable for any cause
• By using our website you agree to the these terms and conditions and any future terms & conditions / updates
• You may not go & create your own travel/ points & miles course business after taking our lesson plans – using our material/ ideas/ layouts etc.
• We are not affiliated or related to any airline so any use of any airlines name, image or trademarks are strictly for educational purposes as we are NOT connected to or endorsed by or are not the airline.
• We will not be liable for infringement on copyright or trademark infringement of any kind from any person entity or anything as any possible compromise will be taken as a request to remove the desired information but no litigation towards our company is allowed for the information used as all content is purely for educational purposes.
• New prices or higher prices may be applied to users at any time without future notice
• We make no proprietary claim to any third-party names, trademarks or service marks appearing on our Services. Any third-party names, trademarks, and service marks are property of their respective owners

• We are not required to reply to all questions or any requests sent to us or posted
• We are not required to reply to any requests for award bookings or award searches on someone’s behalf
• Company is not an investment, financial, tax or legal advisor and not a broker dealer providing any advice of any form.
• Does not guarantee any results
• High degree of risk involved in this rewards game you assume all risk
• Assumes no liability from your investments or problems in the points space etc
• Not affiliated with any airline or hotel chain or credit card company
• Always perform your own independent research and do not rely on the site etc
• User submission of content may be used without their consent in any purpose etc
• If company shuts down or division eliminated or modified of the course you will be either put into the new one or if it is taken away then it will be removed and your access revoked
• Not selling any securities
• No refunds due to digital nature of the course
• Code of conduct – comments etc. messaging chat rooms- be respectful – no racism, sexism, bullying, explicit content etc
• No marketing or advertising or self promotion to other members or promoting your own services
• Never share your login information or password or use another person’s account
• Not open to minors – must be 18 years + automatically agree you’re 18 by purchasing it
• Any claims of “free” travel do not mean fully free we just mean it is cheaper than full priced travel
• We are not liable for the your personal information if a data breach or any information is stolen.

9. Contribution license

You and the Site have agreed that any information and personal data you provide may be accessed, stored, processed, and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your preferences. If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Site, you agree that it may be used and shared without compensation. The Site does not claim ownership of your Contributions.
