I would love to see this hotel concept as it looks like a cross between Kisawa in Mozambique and Nujuma in Saudi Arabia. I am really curious to see the privacy and layout of the villas.
Soneva Secret

I am curious to see how Soneva pulls off this hotel, as there are only 14 rooms which sounds amazing. I hope this hotel is not as social media focused as the Soneva Jani property is.
Nujuma: Ritz Carlton Reserve Red Sea

The new Ritz Carlton reserve property called Nujuma in the Red Sea is an architectural marvel with each villa having a private pool along with incredible views of the red sea, which remind you of a Maldivian island getaway.
One & Only Kea Island
- Country: Greece
One of the newest properties of the One & Only hotel group is set within an amazing cliff in Greece. Each room provides insane panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.
Aman Nai Lert Bangkok

I do wish that Aman would focus less on city based hotels, but I am curious to see how the Aman in Bangkok is priced per night.
One & Only Moonlight Basin

I am looking forward to the One & Only Moonlight Basin in Montana to open to see how they utilize the land as I hear that it’s set on over 8,000 acres. I’m particularly curious about all the excursions that would be offered, especially in summer.
Sheybarah Island Resort

Just like many properties in the Red Sea development, I am intrigued to witness the final look of the completed hotels in real pictures. While the rendered images appear stunning, I am eager to see them firsthand when guests are present and provide personal reviews.
Southern Ocean Lodge

After being burnt down in the Australian wildfires, the Southern Ocean Lodge has been rebuilt, and I am excited to go check it out and the newly redone model.

I am excited that Madagascar is getting an ultra luxury hotel property, but I’m curious about how the privacy will be.
Six Senses Svart

Norway is one of my favorite countries so I am excited that Six Senses has come to Norway. I am eager to check out the landscape around the hotel.

I am curious to see how the hotel turns out in the southern dunes and also to see what type of experiences and activities they offer to keep hotel guests occupied.

I am very excited about the Desert Rock Resort in Saudi Arabia to open as it looks like an out of this world resort set in Mars with how the hotel is built into the rock with private plunge pools. It just looks unreal.
Bulgari Maldives Ranfushi

I am looking forward to seeing the Bulgari Maldives hotel open up to see how the island itself looks as some of the best locations in the Maldives have already been taken. I am also curious about the execution of the actual villas themselves to see the features and how private they are.
Six Senses Belize

The Six Senses Belize property looks spectacular and I can’t wait to see how the villas look.
Amanvari

After being delayed many times, the Aman hotel in Mexico is looking to open up in 2025. I am concerned about the privacy of this hotel since its location is right next to the Four Seasons hotel, which is contrary to the brand’s philosophy of being private in nature.
Aman Al Ula

I can’t wait to see the Aman Al Ula open in Saudi Arabia as this hotel seems like it’ll be another Amangiri.
Rosewood Half Moon Bay

Antigua and Barbados is a beautiful country which has amazing hotels like the Hermitage Bay and I am excited to see the Rosewood Half Moon Bay property once it opens as it looks spectacular.
Rosewood Amaala

The Rosewood Amaala is an interesting property that I will have to wait and see how the full development comes out, as I am concerned about how private the hotel may not be.

Again, Aman is spreading its wings into more urban city developments, next up with Los Angeles. I am not too keen on Aman‘s move to urban developments, but I am really curious to see how they can create a garden-like peaceful place in a bustling city.
Bulgari Los Angeles
- Country: California, USA
I am looking forward to seeing the actual rooms and villas at the Bulgari Los Angeles hotel to see how they are executed.
Aman Miami Beach

I am so excited for the Aman Niseko hotel to open as I have been waiting patiently for it to open, however, it keeps getting delayed. The villas themselves look amazing in the landscape of Hokkaido.
